Delivery Information

At Tindodo, orders are shipped after the order is placed, reviewed by our specialists, finally confirmed, and fully paid. Our goal is to provide users with a reliable, transparent, and trackable delivery process for products purchased from China.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, volume of the order, type of product, shipping route, and delivery method. After users place their initial order, Tindodo specialists review the product details and calculate the shipping cost. The final shipping fee and payment link will then be activated in the users’ profile.

Tindodo offers different shipping methods, including land, sea, and air transportation. The most suitable shipping method is selected based on the product type, weight and volume of the order, users’ preferred delivery time, and transportation conditions.

After the products are purchased from Chinese sellers, the orders are first delivered to our warehouse in China. At this stage, the goods are received, initially checked, consolidated, packaged, and prepared for shipment to the final destination.

Users can track their order status and shipping process through their account. Tindodo’s support team will also assist users throughout the purchasing and delivery process.

The estimated delivery time is usually between 35 to 45 days. However, this timeframe may vary depending on the product type, shipping method, customs process, holidays, transportation route, and international conditions.

After transportation, customs clearance, and local delivery procedures are completed, the goods will be delivered to the address registered by the users.

For wholesale orders, bulky goods, or products that require more detailed review, users are advised to contact Tindodo specialists before placing an order so that the best shipping method, estimated delivery time, and final costs can be reviewed more accurately.
