Welcome to Tindodo. By using this website, creating an account, placing an order, or purchasing products, users agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Users are advised to read these terms carefully before placing any order.
1. Registration and User Account
To place an order on Tindodo, users must first create an account. Users are responsible for providing accurate information, including name, phone number, delivery address, email, and any other required details. Incorrect information may cause delays in purchasing, shipping, or delivery.
2. Order Methods
Users can place orders on Tindodo in two ways.
The first method is ordering through a product link. Users can copy the link of their desired product from Chinese websites such as 1688, Taobao, Tmall, or JD and paste it into the search box on Tindodo.
The second method is purchasing directly through the Tindodo website. Users can search, review, select, and purchase products available on the website.
3. Order Review and Confirmation
After the initial order is placed, Tindodo specialists will review the order. This review may include product availability, product price, item details, seller conditions, weight, dimensions, shipping cost, and shipping possibility.
Placing an initial order does not mean the order is finally confirmed. The order will be ready for payment and completion only after review by Tindodo specialists and activation of the payment link in the users’ profile.
4. Product Prices and Yuan Exchange Rate
Product prices are calculated based on the daily Chinese Yuan exchange rate and may change in real time. The live Yuan rate is displayed at the top of the website. The final order amount will be announced after review by Tindodo specialists and calculation of related costs.
If the Chinese seller changes the product price, stock status, Yuan rate, or shipping cost, the final order amount may change.
5. Payment
After the order is reviewed and confirmed, the payment link and final amount will be activated in the users’ profile. Users must complete the payment through the payment methods provided on the website.
The purchasing process from the Chinese seller and the shipping process will not begin until the full payment is completed.
6. Shipping and Delivery Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, volume, product type, shipping method, and transportation route. Shipping methods may include land, sea, and air transportation.
The estimated delivery time is usually between 35 and 45 days. This timeframe is approximate and may change due to transportation conditions, customs procedures, holidays, route changes, international conditions, or other factors beyond Tindodo’s control.
7. Product Information
Product information may be collected from Chinese seller websites. Tindodo makes reasonable efforts to display product details, images, specifications, and prices as accurately as possible. However, the original seller is primarily responsible for product information, stock availability, and product quality.
Users must carefully review product details, color, size, model, quantity, and other specifications before placing an order.
8. Prohibited and Restricted Products
Products that are prohibited or restricted under the laws of China, the destination country, customs regulations, or transportation rules cannot be ordered. If such an order is placed, Tindodo reserves the right to cancel it.
For special products, users should contact Tindodo specialists before placing an order.
9. Order Cancellation and Refund
If the order has not yet been purchased from the Chinese seller by Tindodo, the cancellation request can be reviewed.
After the product has been purchased from the Chinese seller, cancellation or refund is only possible if the Chinese seller accepts the cancellation or return. Any possible return costs, service fees, domestic shipping fees in China, or other related charges will be the responsibility of the users.
10. Damage, Shortage, or Product Mismatch
Tindodo makes reasonable efforts to perform an initial check after receiving the goods at the China warehouse. However, full inspection, professional checking, or technical testing of all products is not included by default unless agreed with the users before purchase.
If there is any mismatch, damage, or shortage, users must contact Tindodo support as soon as possible so the issue can be reviewed with the seller, warehouse, or shipping company.
11. Wholesale Orders
For wholesale orders, bulky goods, sensitive products, or orders that require detailed review, users should contact Tindodo specialists before placing an order. This helps review price, quality, shipping method, costs, and purchasing conditions more accurately.
12. Users’ Responsibilities
Users are responsible for selecting products, reviewing product specifications, entering accurate information, completing payment on time, and following purchasing and import regulations. Any mistake in product selection, quantity, color, size, address, or order details is the responsibility of the users.
13. Changes to Terms
Tindodo may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. The updated version will become effective once published on the website. Continued use of the website means users accept the updated terms.
